Health Affairs Web First recently produced a study on the Affordable Care Act that shows the provision to allow young Americans to stay on their parents’ health insurance until they’re 26 has thus far been successful. In the year since this provision was enacted, coverage has increased 7.6% for our generation across all racial and ethnic backgrounds, including those who are working and non-working.
